Job Description

Ascension is seeking a Marketing Manager in Glendale, WI (onsite) to lead campaign execution and content strategy that supports patient engagement and healthcare growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.
  • Create detailed project work plans and track key metrics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  • Partner with clinical lines of business to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling paths.
  • Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to support the promotion and marketing of services offered at each facility.

Requirements

  • Education and experience combination:
    • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or
    • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or
    • 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Leadership experience: 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition across service lines, including primary care.
  • Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare marketing.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of specific marketing experience.
