Marketing Coordinator

Join Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair in Knoxville, Tennessee, on site, as a Marketing Coordinator. You will support the Marketing Manager by creating content, strengthening our online presence, and coordinating events that connect us with customers and the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content for the company’s social channels on an organized calendar
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and online reviews
• Draft blogs, customer success stories, case studies, press releases, and website copy
• Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and before-and-after transformation visuals
• Plan and execute home shows, community events, and trade shows from start to finish
• Manage customer review platforms, including Google Reviews
• Audit lead sources in i360 to maintain accurate marketing data
• Promote the customer referral program through email campaigns
• Collaborate with multiple departments on marketing initiatives and creative projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• At least one year of internship or professional marketing experience
• Experience creating digital content and managing social media platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Event planning experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
