Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports Hancock County Savings Bank's marketing, advertising, communications, and community outreach from Chester, WV, with remote-work flexibility subject to management approval and a salary range of USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and customer communications aligned with the Strategic Business Plan.
  • Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, lobby materials, newsletters, press releases, and email communications.
  • Maintain the Bank’s website, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, donations, community events customer appreciation events, and local partnerships.
  • Support and assist in the financial literacy activities of the bank.
  • Work with management to gather information, support product promotions, and keep marketing efforts aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and appearance across all internal and external communications.
  • Submit marketing materials for required review and approval before use.
  • Track marketing activities, campaign results, invoices, sponsorships, approvals, and related records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media contacts, printers, agencies, and other outside partners as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education or experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Marketing, communications, financial services, public relations, or community outreach experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, website tools, and basic design tools.
  • Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Position Summary

The Marketing position is responsible for coordinating the Bank’s marketing, advertising, communications, and community outreach activities. This role helps promote the Bank’s products, services, brand, and community presence while following Bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Remote Work
