Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator role supports Hancock County Savings Bank in East Liverpool, Ohio, with remote-work options available upon management approval. The position coordinates marketing, advertising, communications, and community outreach to advance the Bank’s products, services, brand, and community presence while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Salary
USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year.
Location
East Liverpool, OH, with remote work options available as approved.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and customer communications aligned to the Strategic Business Plan.
- Produce and refresh marketing collateral such as brochures, website content, social media posts, lobby materials, newsletters, press releases, and email communications.
- Oversee the Bank's digital presence, including website management, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and other channels.
- Coordinate sponsorships, donations, community events, customer appreciation activities, and local partnerships.
- Support the Bank's financial literacy initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with management to gather information, support product promotions, and ensure marketing efforts align with business needs.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and appearance across all internal and external communications.
- Submit marketing materials for required review and approval prior to use.
- Track marketing activities, campaign results, invoices, sponsorships, approvals, and related records.
- Coordinate with vendors, media contacts, printers, agencies, and other outside partners as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education or experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, financial services, public relations, or community outreach is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, website tools, and basic design tools.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing, communications, or related experience.

Compliance and Risk Management Responsibilities
- Follow Bank policies and applicable marketing, advertising, privacy, fair lending, and consumer protection requirements.
- Ensure product terms, rates, fees, disclosures, and promotional language are accurate and properly approved.
- Protect confidential customer, employee, and Bank information.
- Complete required training on time.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in an office setting using a computer and standard office equipment. Travel to branch locations, community events, vendor meetings, or Bank functions may be required. Evening or weekend attendance may be needed.
Remote Work
