Marketing Coordinator

Comfort First Heating & Cooling, Inc is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive growth from our Minooka, Illinois office. This onsite role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media and content creation, coordinating events and partnerships, and supporting customer retention and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content and campaigns
• Design marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
• Capture photos and videos of company projects, team activities, and events
• Coordinate website updates with marketing partners and maintain online business profiles
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and company promotions
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer engagement
• Support customer retention and membership marketing initiatives
• Track marketing performance and provide reports to leadership
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts
• Assist with recruitment marketing and company growth initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies

Requirements

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for company events, community involvement, and marketing initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Chiirp, DOPE Marketing, or similar marketing and business software platforms preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to commute to Minooka, IL 60447 (Required) and on-site location
