Job Description

Gensler seeks a Marketing Coordinator in New York to lead end-to-end marketing collateral and proposal production, collaborating with senior marketers on pursuits across financial services, professional services, legal, technology, and workplace-driven industries, with ramp-up mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of marketing collateral, business development assets, and proposal sections with true ownership
  • Collaborate with marketing specialists and leaders on proposal development, design, and writing in alignment with Gensler brand standards
  • Contribute to pursuit planning and win‑strategy discussions
  • Manage multiple parallel projects and deadlines while preserving quality
  • Keep marketing resources such as resumes, case stories, and project libraries current, accurate, and reliable
  • Develop deep familiarity with Gensler's portfolio, practice areas, and firm-wide capabilities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Learning mindset — curious about emerging tools and technologies, open to new ways of working, and motivated to keep growing
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with Google Slides, Miro, or AI-enabled creative/workflow tools
  • Experience at an architecture, interior design, or AEC firm is a plus
