Job Description

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to shape external communications and content initiatives that support growth, recruitment, and brand reputation. This onsite role in West Des Moines, IA collaborates across teams to manage social media, produce multimedia content, and strengthen the online presence of providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements external communications and content initiatives to drive growth, support recruitment, and bolster brand reputation.
  • Oversees social media planning, content creation, audience engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Produces multimedia assets, including written content, visuals, and video, for digital, web, and marketing channels.
  • Maintains and enhances providers' digital presence and online reputation.
  • Manages website content updates and accuracy through the content management system (CMS).
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding communications for providers and related updates.
  • Supports events, promotions, and broader marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field is required.
  • Two to four years of practical experience in content strategy, social media management, and digital content creation.
  • Proven proficiency with computers is required.
  • Experience using design and video editing software is required.
