The Marketing Content and Event Specialist role focuses on content development, storytelling, and strategic events to drive brand growth and lead generation across healthcare, government, and commercial environments. KR Wolfe is building a scalable national platform that supports critical environments where uptime, precision, and quality matter. This role places you at the center of shaping our brand, supporting partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives that fuel the next phase of our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee a strategic content calendar aligned with growth priorities
  • Produce high impact content including case studies that highlight project outcomes
  • Develop industry-specific thought leadership for healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partnerships
  • Generate social media content to raise brand and executive visibility
  • Write website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Translate technical services such as installation, integration, field service, construction, and healthcare renovation into clear marketing narratives
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights and success stories
  • Support internal communications reinforcing culture, growth, and strategic direction
  • Maintain brand voice, messaging, and positioning consistency across all content
  • Plan and execute KR Wolfe presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Manage event logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site execution
  • Develop event messaging and collateral aligned with target audiences and business goals
  • Partner with sales and leadership for strong pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation around events
  • Track and report event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with business development and sales to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Develop tools and materials to support lead generation and sales conversations
  • Position divisions such as Integration, Installation, Field Service, Construction, and Healthcare Renovation clearly in the market
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with OEMs and industry organizations
  • Support ongoing website updates and optimization efforts
  • Assist in executing email marketing and social campaigns
  • Schedule monthly social media content across KR Wolfe’s platforms
  • Monitor and report on content and campaign performance to improve effectiveness
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including CRM, email platforms, CMS, and social media
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, construction, or technical services industries
  • Familiarity with OEM partnerships or field service-based business models
  • Experience supporting multi-division or national service organizations
