Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all co-op portals daily
• Submit pre approvals and claims accurately and on time
• Track submissions and ensure funds are collected
• Maintain organized records of all co op activity
• Post daily on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create engaging photo and video content
• Respond to messages, comments, and leads quickly
• Identify trends and adjust content accordingly
• Upload real photos for inventory (5–10 units per day minimum)
• Ensure listings are accurate, clean, and appealing
• Take employee photos and create spotlight content
• Capture behind the scenes and customer focused content
• Assist with ad creation and boosting campaigns
• Ensure all marketing meets co op compliance requirements
• Assist with event setup, decoration, and coordination
• Run marketing related errands as needed
• Track daily and weekly marketing performance
• Provide insights on what is working and what needs improvement

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated and able to take initiative
• MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

Compensation

Hourly wage: From $13.00 per hour, based on experience with performance incentives.
