Marketing and Sales Assistant

Reliant HR is seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant for an onsite role in Vernon, CA to support multichannel marketing and sales operations in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and managing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
• Support campaign execution on platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Run web analytics reporting using Google Analytics to evaluate performance, website traffic, and user behavior
• Help analyze results and support data-driven decision making
• List and update new products across ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Target
• Provide sales teams with required data and customer reports
• Contribute to planning and execution of marketing projects from start to finish, while meeting budgets and deadlines

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing, including Facebook Advertising
• Experience managing multichannel campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience with B2B wholesale/distribution data and reporting requirements
• B2B sales experience is a plus (not required)
• B2B beauty experience is a plus (not required)
• Office admin experience: 2 years (required)

Compensation

• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
