Job Description

The Marketing and Enrollment Content Creator collaborates with Concordia College to develop strategic content that raises awareness, engages audiences, and supports enrollment for Concordia Language Villages programs. The role blends storytelling, digital marketing, and recruitment strategy to attract youth, families, educators, and institutional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with enrollment goals and campaign priorities.
  • Produce high-quality content for channels including social media, email, video, blogs and featured stories.
  • Ensure messaging reflects CLV’s mission, global education focus, and audience needs.
  • Create conversion-focused content for recruitment campaigns that target youth, family, adult and institutional programs and audiences.
  • Measure and optimize content for lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage email marketing platform execution and segmentation.
  • Support SEO strategy through keyword-informed content development.
  • Support photo/video content gathering at program sites.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Supporting the CLV Site Director on site (Bemidji) during busy transition days as needed.

  • Capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Experience capturing and editing video and photography for digital, social media, web and print channels preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant work experience

Salary: USD 38,500.00 – 46,350.00 per year
