Job Description
This role focuses on lead generation and marketing coordination to support sales growth across The Merrow Group's brands. Key duties include researching prospective customers, building and maintaining lead lists, organizing contact data by market and geography, supporting outbound campaigns, and producing basic marketing materials.

Salary: USD 43,500 per year
Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, dealers, distributors, end users, and target accounts.
- Build and maintain lead lists, customer lists, reactivation lists, and campaign target lists.
- Organize customer information by market, product category, geography, and sales priority.
- Support outbound email campaigns and customer communications.
- Create basic flyers, product sheets, and marketing materials.
- Use AI tools to support research, writing, list building, and campaign development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach, follow-up, and lead generation.
- Track lists, campaigns, customer responses, and basic activity.
- Maintain accurate records and stay organized while managing multiple projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, marketing coordination, sales support, customer research, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, customer lists, email, and business software.
- Experienced with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Practical, action-oriented mindset.
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, industrial supply, sewing, textiles, apparel, or equipment markets is a plus.
- Basic design or layout experience using Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools is a plus.
