Job Description

The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist role focuses on crafting marketing collateral and overseeing social media campaigns for financial advisors. This onsite position in Houston, TX involves collaborative work across departments and active project management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver marketing collateral including postcards, mailers, flyers, brochures, social media visuals, email graphics, and presentations
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to project specifications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Admin, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate revisions, approvals, and project updates professionally with team members
  • Maintain organized project files and adhere to company processes and workflows
  • Coordinate with printer vendors on artwork specs, revisions, submissions, and production timelines
  • Assist with updating templates, marketing materials, and internal branding assets
  • Conduct final proofreading of all artwork prior to production to verify spelling, grammar, dates, venue details, logos, formatting, and layout quality
  • Manage text reservation systems for seminar campaigns, review responses, and ensure accurate setup information
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Generate engaging graphics, captions, videos, and promotional content aligned with branding
  • Schedule and publish social media posts consistently
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and drive engagement
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and interact with followers in a professional manner
  • Track social media performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with recommendations
  • Assist with paid social media campaigns and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts
  • Coordinate with clients regarding content approvals or campaign updates when needed
  • Assist other departments as required to support overall operations and client success

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork and digital marketing content
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
  • Experience with Facebook Ads or paid social media campaigns is required
  • Video editing experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • MIN EXPERIENCE: 2 years
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred
