Job Description

Based in Medford, Oregon, The Human Bean is seeking a Field & Social Marketing Specialist to bolster its local footprint across franchise locations. The role blends field marketing support, social media management, and cross-functional communications to drive data-informed on-the-ground results that strengthen the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Field and Digital Marketing in crafting tailored marketing plans for each store and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Organize and implement requests for app promotions, coupons, flyers, and local-store campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze ROI of local marketing efforts, including customer redemptions and in-store sales.
  • Develop case studies highlighting top-performing local campaigns.
  • Refresh marketing materials and guides to keep assets in the in-house studio current.
  • Maintain brand standards across all materials and messaging.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications for marketing and operations.
  • Assist the Communications and Social Media Manager with content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Engage with customers and followers on social media and review sites like Google My Business and Yelp, providing timely, professional responses.
  • Leverage tools such as SOCi, Asana, and Canva to manage content creation and engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and deliver reporting and insights.
  • Lead the Product Innovation team in sourcing, developing, and executing branded merchandise and promotional items, including managing pre-order programs for franchise partners and e-commerce channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively, bring fresh ideas, and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media and marketing tools (SOCi, Canva, Capcut) preferred.
  • Familiarity with monitoring metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Employee may need to lift up to 10 pounds on occasion.
