Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive participation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across dining, catering, retail, and meal plan programs
  • Lead customer insights through surveys, focus groups, digital engagement, and data analysis to better understand student needs and improve the customer experience
  • Manage internal and external communications across websites, social media, marketing campaigns, innovation sharing, and storytelling of best practices
  • Build collaborative relationships with campus partners, student groups, dining leadership, and community stakeholders to support engagement and joint initiatives
  • Plan and execute promotions, events, sampling activities, and campus-wide campaigns that raise awareness and enrich the student dining experience
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence to promote programs, enhance brand visibility, and serve as a key marketing contact on campus
  • Provide hands-on creative support including event setup, signage, food photography, and marketing materials development
  • Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, promotional plans, and eCommerce initiatives that are easy for teams to execute and align with business goals

Requirements

  • Strong marketing background and writing skills
  • Strategic leadership, talent management, and exceptional communication and project management abilities
  • Strong computer skills, with a preference for experience with Scala
  • Best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience
  • Team development skills
  • Client relationship skills and the ability to respond quickly to client and management needs
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload
  • Contract food services experience (preferred)

  • Salary: USD 48,875 - 63,250 per year
