Field Marketing Event and Communication Specialist

Niktor Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Field Marketing Event and Communication Specialist for the Networking North America Field Marketing team. This remote teleworker role supports national events and roadshows while powering sales communications through two key channels: the North America Field Marketing SharePoint site and a biweekly Sales Newsletter. What you’ll do

• Coordinate and execute national events, conferences, tradeshows, roadshows, and field marketing programs aligned with North America sales and marketing priorities.
• Own event timelines and logistics, including registration, vendors, booth materials, shipping, staffing coordination, and onsite support.
• Partner with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to define event objectives, target audiences, promotional plans, and follow-up activities.
• Develop event communications and sales resources, including invitations, briefing materials, and content designed to drive participation and readiness.
• Track budgets, expenses, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate lead capture and handoff, and support post-event reporting on attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
• Maintain event calendars, planning documents, and reusable resources to improve execution across programs.
• Oversee the North America Field Events Portable Program, managing booth properties and inventory.
• Own and maintain the North America Field Marketing SharePoint site as the one-stop shop for marketing information and resources for the North America Networking Sales team.
• Organize and publish event calendars, campaign resources, program details, sales tools, presentations, contacts, and other relevant content.
• Work with content owners to keep information accurate, current, easy to find, and aligned with sales needs.
• Improve site navigation, content organization, and presentation, supported by a regular content review process and archiving of outdated materials.
• Develop and publish the North America Networking Sales Newsletter, including managing the editorial calendar and gathering updates from Field Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Write and edit concise, engaging newsletter content highlighting upcoming events, marketing programs, campaigns, success stories, and clear actions for Sales.
• Ensure each issue includes clear calls to action, relevant deadlines, and links to supporting resources, coordinating reviews, approvals, and distribution.
• Track available engagement metrics and use feedback to improve newsletter relevance and effectiveness.

What you bring

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications, or field marketing.
• Open to candidates across the US for a remote teleworker role.
• Experience in field marketing, event coordination, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably within B2B technology.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and manage multiple projects, vendors, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for a sales audience.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or similar internal content platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite event support as required.
