Door-to-Door Marketing Lead

White Oak Painting is expanding its field presence in the Burlington, IA area with a part-time Door-to-Door Marketing Lead. This onsite role centers on field marketing, brand visibility, and lead generation, offering two compensation paths: blended pay or commission-only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor neighborhood marketing strategies and engage them through door-to-door outreach
• Represent the company professionally in residential areas and on-site engagements
• Support local brand visibility efforts, including yard signs and neighborhood presence
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure field content aligns with current marketing goals
• Track data and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Identify neighborhoods, projects, and crews that yield the strongest marketing assets

• Confident communicating clearly with people and comfortable starting conversations
• Proficient using a smartphone or camera for video and photo capture
• Organized, reliable, and self-directed
• Able to communicate clearly with crews and leadership
• Proactive, able to problem-solve in the field
• Not discouraged by rejection and motivated to drive for success

You will be the on-the-ground energy in the communities we work with and in areas we aim to enter, showing up in neighborhoods, knocking on doors, introducing homeowners to White Oak Painting, and helping them see how we can meet their needs.
