Entry Level Marketing Representative

Southern National Roofing is looking to fill an entry-level, customer-focused door-to-door marketing role in Marietta, GA. This full-time W-2 position offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with $40,000–$70,000 per year. You will be supported with ongoing sales training and coaching, recognition for strong performance, and a robust social program with events and activities.

What you’ll do

In this field-based role, you will work in assigned neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners face-to-face. Your focus is explaining the free roof inspection service, building rapport in conversation, and helping families move from first contact to a scheduled appointment.

You will serve as the front-line point of contact, setting up opportunities for the in-home sales team to provide estimates after the inspection is scheduled. This is a door-to-door marketing and customer service position.
