Entry Level Sales and Marketing

Wavedash Marketing is hiring an entry level Sales and Marketing Representative to support client product and service promotions through face-to-face interactions in retail locations. This onsite role in Idaho Falls, ID is designed for candidates who want to learn sales fundamentals, build customer relationships, and work toward measurable performance goals with training and mentorship provided.

Role overview

• Promote clients’ products and services in-store through direct customer engagement.
• Learn how to build conversations that help customers make informed decisions.
• Act as a brand ambassador by studying client offerings and communicating their value clearly.
• Drive sales activity and work to meet performance goals.

• Approach and interact with customers in retail locations to introduce relevant products and services.
• Develop the skills to create meaningful discussions that support customer decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client representatives to support successful in-store promotions and sales initiatives.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
• Job type: Full-time
• Schedule: 8 hour shift
• Shifts: Day shift, Evening shift
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekend coverage: Weekends as needed
