Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative

This full-time on-site Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative role supports daily in-person sales in the New Orleans area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily in-person sales activities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• After becoming proficient in company sales systems, manage a team of entry-level sales associates
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Coach and support team members to improve performance
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Participate in training programs
• Join leadership development initiatives

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven team and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site (Metairie, LA)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus (not required)
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality is also a plus

Compensation

• $65,000 - $85,000 per year
• Competitive weekly pay with uncapped commissions, incentives, and bonuses
