Job Description

Compensation and benefits: USD 175,000 to 190,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility, and a generous benefits package. This onsite role is based in Aurora, IL, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and leading a 4+ person demand generation team. The position will relocate to Batavia, IL in late 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the demand generation strategy to generate qualified pipeline
  • Lead content and SEO initiatives to support inbound and paid channels
  • Oversee lead nurturing programs and marketing operations to maximize conversion
  • Provide team leadership for a 4+ person squad and foster a collaborative culture
  • Steer website strategy and development to improve performance and user experience
  • Align global strategy with revenue goals and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role
  • B2B SaaS experience required — understanding software buying cycles, long sales processes, and multi-stakeholder decisions
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation strategies tied to measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable MAP) and proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution

Definite Pluses

  • Experience marketing to regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, manufacturing) is a meaningful plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, given QT9’s growth plans for Mexico and other Latin American markets
