Job Description

CDF Distributors is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own organic growth and content across social platforms, from strategic planning to day-to-day execution. This onsite role is based in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Summary

The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust organic presence across social channels, driving meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes through both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, carry out, and refine an organic growth strategy across social platforms, keeping pace with trends and platform algorithms.
  • Produce high quality, original content including photos, videos, graphics, and copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Own and coordinate the content calendar for social and email, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Monitor brand mentions, respond to reviews, and actively engage with audiences on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other communities.
  • Plan and execute campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive tangible results.
  • Track key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, conversions, and sentiment, using insights to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content is consistent, on brand, and effective.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and management tools
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with an email marketing platform
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Sharp copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines
  • 2–3 years in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Social media marketing: 3 years (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
