Job Description
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Digital Marketing CRM Coordinator (Customer Relationship Management Specialist) at Gamewise to plan and execute CRM-driven promotional campaigns for improved engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong working knowledge of platform bonusing and audience builder tools to enable promotional targeting and profitability
- Configure audience building, lifecycle automation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign efficiency
- Build, test, deploy, and analyze promotional campaigns, boosts, and loyalty program bonus offers
- Monitor segmented audiences on an ongoing basis and share actionable insights based on growth and performance
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand guest behavior across all channels
- Identify CRM opportunities to improve engagement through cohesive, dynamic offers and content for each guest
- Use CRM practices to support retention, profitability, segmentation, and customer experience outcomes
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance governance is followed for CRM execution
- Leverage lookalike audiences and optimize customer journeys to improve conversion rates
- Maintain quality control to ensure data validity, confidentiality, and offer accuracy across campaigns
Requirements
- Must be of legal gambling age and able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role in online sports betting or online casino preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and analytics, or a related educational background
- Ability to analyze complex gaming data and make strategic business decisions
- Understanding of the online Sports betting and iCasino industry, including casino games, wager types, user flows, and rules

Pay
- $58,458 - $62,200 per year (anticipated base salary range)
