Join Publicis Groupe's automotive marketing practice as a Dealer Marketing Consultant, based onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role combines strategic autonomy with direct collaboration across a defined multi-state territory, supported by a 70 percent travel commitment to visit dealerships. You will work with dealer partners and OEM field teams to tailor campaigns that increase traffic, generate leads, and grow sales, with a competitive annual salary between USD 72,000 and 80,000. Expect opportunities to shape digital programs across platforms and to deliver measurable ROI, while contributing to long term dealer growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned Dealers, aligning on business objectives, market challenges, and target audiences.
  • Craft customized marketing strategies within the OEM core program to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate the OEM core program using KPIs, delivering regular reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support, implement, and manage digital components of the OEM program and related campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, SEM, and email marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and strong ROI.
  • Conduct industry research to analyze competitors, detect trends, and propose practical improvements to boost dealership ROI.
  • Educate dealership teams on core OEM program elements and best practices in direct and digital marketing, CRM, and related areas to support sales and service retention goals.
  • Build durable relationships with dealership clients and OEM field teams to sustain satisfaction and drive ongoing business growth in line with OEM targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with automotive industry exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and finance processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple dealer clients and projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
