CRM Brand Marketing Manager
Job Description
Stellantis is seeking a CRM Brand Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy and lifecycle initiatives across its brands. This onsite role in Auburn Hills, MI centers on directing cross-brand programs, managing agency partnerships, and aligning enterprise CRM efforts with brand objectives.
As part of the marketing organization, you will coordinate complex, data-driven campaigns and ensure timely, compliant delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand CRM strategies to meet overall objectives and directives across Stellantis brands
- Serve as the liaison with brand stakeholders and the agency project team to develop requirements for owner and prospect communications
- Oversee day-to-day operations of concurrent projects for data-driven direct mail, email campaigns, and digital/interactive solutions, including defining audience rules, routing creative to brands, and obtaining legal approvals
- Facilitate communications between brand and agency, manage project timing, route creative for approval, provide agency status reports, and support brand and launch status meetings
- Review materials before distribution to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Manage the AOR to communicate project status, dependencies, issues, and risks to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain monthly and quarterly GTM materials at both the Enterprise CRM level and the brand level
- Track incentive budget requests for private offer programs and provide monthly reporting
- Monitor the agency/variable budget for assigned brands and assist with the Stellantis budget approval process
