Job Description

Broadcom seeks a strategic Commercial Customer Marketing Manager in Atlanta, GA (onsite) to design and execute a global customer lifecycle and partner-focused engagement strategy that drives product adoption, add-on sales, renewals, and demand generation for direct sales and a global partner network.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a global marketing program to drive engagement, expand product adoption, enable add-ons, and safeguard renewals within the commercial segment.
  • Create and optimize an always-on nurture program with ongoing, targeted email cadences to educate customers and maximize platform usage.
  • Plan integrated quarterly campaigns aligned with commercial sales plays to generate high-quality demand, leads, and meetings for direct sales and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to activate the global distributor and reseller network within the partner marketing team.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to source, scale, and capture customer success stories and references in the commercial segment.
  • Build and maintain a robust library of customer reference materials to support global sales enablement.
  • Define and nurture highly engaged peer communities for core commercial personas: Infrastructure, CIO/Executive, Security, and Developer.
  • Establish persona-based database segments within the commercial sector to ensure highly targeted and relevant campaign orchestration.
  • Develop segment-specific content and initiatives that position the brand as a trusted authority and peer-network leader for technical and executive audiences.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, copywriters, and internal subject matter experts to produce campaign assets, while ready to draft copy and execute tactics when needed.
  • Partner with internal marketing operations to streamline campaign setup, tracking, and execution within core automation platforms.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of proven success in B2B customer marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy, ideally in a global enterprise technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partner marketing teams, distributors, resellers, and systems integrators.
  • Track record of building, launching, and managing persona-based communities or user groups for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise marketing automation and CRM ecosystems; experience with Eloqua and Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) is preferred.
  • Strong program management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across corporate, regional, and sales organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Compensation & Equity

  • On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $129,400 - $207,000 per year
  • OTE includes sales incentive commission in accordance with plan documents and salary

Success Metrics

  • Pipeline generation: measurable growth in add-on and expansion pipeline within the commercial segment via integrated campaigns
  • Adoption and utility: lift in product adoption, feature usage, and overall platform utility among targeted commercial accounts
  • Reference pipeline: quarterly targets met for new customer success stories and reference materials sourced through the partner network
  • Community health: baseline growth, engagement, and retention metrics for persona communities (Infrastructure, CIO, Security, Developer)
