Job Description
The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist will lead Dutch Bros Coffee's employer brand and candidate marketing programs, overseeing CRM strategy, paid media, and social content to attract and engage talent. This onsite role is based in Tempe, Arizona.
Position overview
We are seeking a data driven marketer with storytelling finesse who can turn a brand’s culture into a magnet for top talent. The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist will drive and elevate our employer brand across channels and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy, Building & Deployment: Serve as the strategic owner of the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform, designing multi-touch nurture journeys, segmenting talent pools (including passive candidates, alumni, and high-potential candidates), writing copy, building automated workflows, and deploying campaigns from concept to send.
- Driving Talent Funnels: Maintain a steady applicant flow across all shop footprints by launching targeted recruitment campaigns and optimizing high-volume talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain Recruitment Marketing Budget & Vendor Relations: Oversee daily budget tracking and spending; maintain productive vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and contract compliance.
- Paid Media & Programmatic Advertising: Define and implement the recruitment advertising strategy; manage budgets and optimize programmatic ad spend to reach the right talent pools at the lowest possible cost per hire.
- Social Media & Content Partnership: Collaborate with internal Culture and Corporate Brand teams to co-create authentic, high-impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Reputation Management (Glassdoor & Beyond): Own the employer presence on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other review sites; monitor reviews, craft authentic responses, and leverage insights to continuously improve our employer reputation.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment marketing metrics (e.g., cost per application, CRM open/conversion rates, social media growth, and source of hire); use data to pivot strategies in real time.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or traditional growth marketing / lead generation.
- Ability to think big-picture about candidate journeys, while also hands-on building the actual campaigns and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying workflows within Candidate CRMs (e.g., Beamery, Gem, Phenom) and managing programmatic job advertising tools (e.g., Appcast, Recruitics) is preferred.
- Deep understanding of what resonates on LinkedIn versus Instagram versus TikTok; ability to track social trends and translate them into employer brand wins.
- Focus on conversions in addition to clicks; comfortable tracking a candidate journey from a TikTok video or a Glassdoor review to an offer.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to bridge recruiting and other organizational stakeholders.
