Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist

The Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist role at Simpson Housing LLLP supports the corporate office in Denver Tech Center, delivering marketing technology, reputation management, ILS setup, and social media strategy and execution across 70+ communities. This hybrid position also provides backup PMS and AI support for day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including reporting, analysis, and configuration and maintenance of both platforms.
• Own the overall reputation management strategy and execution, including administration of Birdeye.
• Manage ILS setup, including content management and integrations.
• Manage relationships with Yelp, Bing, and Apple.
• Compile and analyze reporting across Birdeye reputation management, ILS monthly costs, and Google Analytics.
• Manage bulk social media infrastructure for 70+ communities, including content scheduling and automation. This includes bulk upload spreadsheets, floor plan images, and Canva bulk create templates and branding kits, using tools such as Google Drive, Canva, Microsoft Forms, and the Sprout Social media platform.
• Co-lead organic social strategy and execution, including training and support through an internal Social Media Captain Program.
• Co-lead development of paid social strategy for 70+ communities using Meta Ads Manager.
• Provide backup support for PMS and AI for day-to-day tasks, including online lease setting updates, resident and prospect-facing emails, appointment setting, monitoring and troubleshooting scheduling API failures, responding to reviews or review escalations, move-in specials, photo updates, setup tasks, new feature rollouts, and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred) or Advertising/Communications/related field.
• 2 to 5 years of marketing and/or administrative experience in a corporate environment.

Location and Work Setup

Denver, CO (hybrid). Simpson Housing Corporate Office is located in the Denver Tech Center.

Compensation

USD 75,000 - 80,000 per year.
