Social Media and Marketing Coordinator and Google Analytics
Job Description
JW Truck Sales, Inc is seeking a capable Social Media and Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Google Analytics to craft digital narratives, manage social campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize marketing strategies. This onsite role is based in Flowery Branch, GA and offers an hourly pay rate of $18 to $24.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute engaging social media programs across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional platforms to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day posting schedules using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, ensuring messaging remains consistent with the brand voice.
- Produce visually compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and copy using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Perform social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and protect brand reputation.
- Run targeted Facebook advertising campaigns to reach defined audiences and drive traffic or conversions.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; compile reports that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relations, and support branding initiatives.
- Support ecommerce efforts by aligning social media campaigns with online sales channels and tracking ROI.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication, maintaining high-quality standards across communications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation, with a solid understanding of how social platforms' algorithms operate.
- Strong SEO skills, including keyword research and optimized content strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Proficiency in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of the Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted campaigns that maximize engagement.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using Google Analytics to interpret data trends and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent proofreading capabilities ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-management skills for collaborating across teams including public relations, sales, and creative departments.
