Job Description

Part-time, onsite Social & Digital Marketing Coordinator position in Bozeman, MT, offering USD 1,000–1,500 per month.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and reinforce Big Sky Land Management as an industry leader through cohesive storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Capture photos and videos of active job sites, heavy equipment, employees, and completed projects.
  • Maintain and update the company website with project highlights, blog posts, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Engage customers, industry partners, and local communities through social media and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to support business development, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor digital engagement and propose new ideas to increase brand awareness and audience growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and organized.
