Position overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic, growth-oriented leader responsible for guiding the marketing team's vision, direction, and performance. The role focuses on clinician acquisition, increasing case volume, and boosting revenue through multi-channel demand generation, analytics, and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the integrated marketing plan aligned with revenue and growth goals
  • Plan initiatives across core service areas including crowns, bridges, implants, removable appliances, anterior aesthetics, and burs
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies
  • Establish marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Lead production teams and manage agency relationships
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation across digital channels, events, partnerships, and referrals
  • Maintain consistent pipeline generation and clinician acquisition across key markets
  • Steer account-based marketing programs targeting high-value practices, GPOs, and other opportunities
  • Oversee campaign architecture and segmentation, delegating execution to the team and external partners
  • Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across all digital and offline channels
  • Lead analysis of campaign performance, funnel conversion rates, and customer behavior
  • Adjust campaigns, channel mix, targeting, and contact strategies based on data
  • Manage dashboards and reporting cadences to inform executive decision-making
  • Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Position Maverick Lab as a clinician-focused, quality-driven laboratory partner and digital dentistry leader
  • Maintain the Maverick Bur brand as a premium line of instruments
  • Ensure consistency across messaging, content, and visual identity
  • Guide content strategy focused on clinician education, outcomes, and differentiation
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
  • Manage lead performance, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Oversee CRM and analytics ecosystems (Salesforce) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales performance and market expansion
  • Mentor, guide, and scale the marketing team
  • Monitor agency and vendor performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Ensure efficient deployment of internal and external resources
  • Foster a culture of accountability, insight-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on ROI and growth priorities
  • Evaluate channel and campaign investments through a performance lens

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in a management role
  • Proven success delivering data-driven marketing strategies in B2B healthcare, dental, medical devices, or similar industries
  • Strong expertise in digital channels, marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing CRM and marketing technology ecosystems, with Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through others
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decisive decision-making
