Senior Living Marketing & Event Sales Director
Job Description
New England Personnel, LLC is seeking a Senior Living Marketing & Event Sales Director to support three CCRC campuses from a highly outside, relationship-driven position. This role combines comprehensive marketing planning with hands-on event execution, with the goal of building strong connections that convert prospective residents into referrals and long-term community residents. CRM tracking and lead conversion are central to how the role measures results and improves performance over time.
Role Overview
You will develop senior living marketing strategies, manage a full events portfolio, and engage prospects through personalized outreach and site visits. The position is designed to keep you meeting people in the community, building trust, and translating interest into measurable conversion through structured follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for senior living, including digital campaigns, community outreach, and brand positioning strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events including open houses, health fairs, community engagement activities, and promotional functions to attract prospective residents.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication, site visits, and tailored presentations that convert leads into residents.
- Manage event operations end-to-end, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, contract management, catering arrangements, and guest services.
- Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the marketing team to create promotional materials and leverage social media platforms to expand outreach.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in senior living industry marketing with a strong emphasis on event sales and management (required).
- 1 year of experience in outside marketing and event activities (required).
- Proven success developing strategic marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, vendors, team members, and community partners.
- Hospitality experience or banquet/catering background is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities that support teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
Location and Travel
- Location: Medford, MA (onsite)
- Travel: 100% (on the road)
Compensation
USD 100,000 - 160,000 per year.
