Job Description
The Senior Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist at Black Diamond Pest Control owns the intersection of marketing strategy and digital infrastructure. This onsite role in Jeffersonville, IN leads SEO, paid media execution, website performance, analytics and reporting, and platform integrations to support measurable growth across service lines and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s SEO strategy across all service lines and markets.
- Run keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends using tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Optimize on-page and technical SEO, including site structure, metadata, schema, page speed, and indexing.
- Coordinate with the Creative Marketing Strategist to support blog strategy aligned to SEO objectives.
- Develop and implement local SEO tactics, including service area optimization.
- Manage and maintain company websites across platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.
- Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns with conversion-focused best practices.
- Improve website performance, including speed, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.
- Implement tracking scripts, pixels, and tagging across all digital properties.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure site uptime and functionality.
- Plan, create, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Local Services Ads (LSA), and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Manage budgets across multiple markets and service lines, and perform real-time optimizations based on performance.
- Manage keyword strategy, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
- Ensure correct conversion tracking and attribution for all campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Data Studio preferred) for paid media performance, SEO performance, and lead tracking and attribution.
- Analyze results, flag trends and anomalies, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain data accuracy across reporting tools and connected platforms.
- Develop and maintain platform integrations using APIs.
- Support CRM, email marketing, and lead tracking systems such as ActiveCampaign or similar tools.
- Ensure data flow between Google Ads, LSA, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Implement automation where possible to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Partner with the CIO on technical infrastructure and system improvements.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings across all locations.
- Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) across platforms.
- Monitor local search performance and map pack visibility, including rankings.
- Support review generation and reputation monitoring strategies.
- Collaborate with the Creative team on SEO-driven content.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership on paid media strategy and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the CIO on technical initiatives and infrastructure needs.
- Provide technical guidance to support marketing effectiveness across departments and complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and local SEO.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads (SEO/PPC), LSA, and related platforms.
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and/or Webflow.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools, with Looker Studio preferred.
- Experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and marketing systems.
- Coding experience required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong front-end web development and technical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to implement and maintain marketing-related website functionality, tracking, integrations, and landing pages.
- Experience in home services or multi-location businesses.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
