Job Description

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Regional Marketing Senior Associate based in Atlanta, GA (onsite). Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports the firm’s brand growth across both B2B and B2C audiences by combining strategic marketing execution, communications, event planning, and business development support to deliver measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement high-impact B2B and B2C marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and help generate demand for Forvis Mazars services.
  • Partner with Market Sector Leaders (MSLs) to create sector-specific marketing plans and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Support regional go-to-market strategies across sectors, including campaign planning, content requirements, and execution.
  • Draft internal and external communications, such as newsletters, marketing collateral, presentations, and client-facing content.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for events including seminars, roundtables, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and other market-facing experiences.
  • Conceptualize new and creative approaches to prospecting events and lead-generation activities.
  • Identify and coordinate strategic sponsorships and community involvement opportunities that enhance regional presence and align with business priorities.
  • Assist partners and practice leaders with nurturing prospective clients by conducting research, preparing customized communications, and enabling meaningful touchpoints.
  • Contribute to pursuit efforts by providing market research, competitive insights, and project management support.
  • Manage CRM data, including contacts, updates, and reporting, to support accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Draft and submit social media content that reflects regional activity and highlights client impact.
  • Support the development of local advertising strategies and coordinate ad placements with regional marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 years or more of experience

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience.
