Job Description

Based in Township of Deptford, NJ (onsite), the Recruitment Marketing Ambassador will own Hawks and Company's employer brand, craft compelling content, manage our social presence, and collaborate with HR and Marketing to attract top talent. The role offers an hourly rate of USD 20 to 24 and requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Overview

The Recruitment Marketing Ambassador is tasked with developing and leading our employer brand strategy, delivering authentic storytelling, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to attract and engage potential candidates. This role focuses on elevating our culture, values, and Employee Value Proposition across key talent markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the employer brand across target talent markets, positioning Hawks and Company as a preferred employer.
  • Define and bring the Employee Value Proposition to life through compelling narratives and visuals.
  • Produce original, on-brand content such as videos, blogs, social posts, and employee spotlights to showcase culture and teams.
  • Collaborate with employees to uncover authentic stories that illustrate who we are and why people enjoy working here.
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed; engage with talent communities and activate employee advocacy programs.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure consistent messaging across channels and support recruitment campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Measure campaign performance using data, monitor audience engagement, and assess return on investment; continuously test and refine brand initiatives for impact.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or digital/content marketing.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and employer brand tools.
  • Experience using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
