Multi-Brand Marketing- Social Media (Spanish Speaking)

This multi-brand social media position centers on content creation, campaigns, and performance reporting for several Florida-based brands, with content produced in both English and Spanish. This onsite role is based in Apopka, FL, with a salary range of USD 40,000 to 42,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate scheduling and posting of content across platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
• Track performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Visit our facilities, restaurants, and events to capture on-site content.
• Produce reels, stories, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Craft engaging captions in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the brand manager to execute campaigns.
• Identify trends and opportunities to inform strategy.
• Design campaigns to increase sales and elevate brand awareness.
• Generate promotional concepts for product launches and events.
• Support the LinkedIn presence for company leadership and brands.
• Present monthly results to stakeholders.
• Monitor growth, engagement, reach, and conversions across channels.
• Recommend new ideas based on performance data.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
• Experience creating video content and reels.
• Comfortable appearing on camera on occasion.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Organized and deadline-driven.
• Experience with food, restaurant, consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution brands.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photography and videography skills.
