Job Description

The Marketing Specialist for the Industrial Business Unit is responsible for driving measurable, year-over-year growth in sales-ready leads supporting Testo’s industrial emissions and thermal imaging products and solutions. This role designs, executes, and improves data-driven marketing programs, including content and multi-channel campaigns aligned to the industrial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, content, trade shows, and events, with defined lead generation targets and a focus on achieving target Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Produce high-impact marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations, and evaluate performance through usage in the sales process and contribution to lead conversion rates (for example, conversion rate from content downloads).
  • Implement and manage SEO to support and maintain top search engine rankings for targeted keywords, and run PPC campaigns to meet target Click-Through Rate (CTR) and conversion goals while optimizing for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Track and report website traffic, landing page conversion rates, and overall campaign engagement metrics.
  • Analyze marketing performance data using CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and report key metrics including lead volume and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on digital assets such as emails, landing pages, and ads to improve key performance metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, relevant technologies, and applicable legislation and regulations, and deliver quarterly insights to marketing and sales teams to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and key opinion leaders to pursue co-marketing opportunities or endorsements on a per-year basis.

Required Qualifications
