Marketing Specialist

Renovation Flooring is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist in Miramar Beach, FL (onsite). This role supports the growth of the company by promoting products and services through digital marketing and by managing social media channels, with additional hands-on work across research, blogging, and event community engagement. Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to potential clients using a variety of digital marketing methods
• Manage social media channels effectively
• Use complex digital tools on a daily basis to support campaign and channel goals
• Conduct research to inform marketing decisions
• Assess current trends to keep content and promotions relevant
• Post blog content
• Engage with the community at marketing events
• Manage multiple social media accounts

Requirements

• Marketing experience: 2 years (Required)
• Location: Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
