Job Description
Holmes Property Management LLC is seeking a Marketing, Social Media, Website, and Events Coordinator to work on-site in Morristown, TN, serving properties in Morristown and Knoxville. This position can be full-time or part-time and pays an hourly rate of $18 to $22. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies across social media, the company website, on-site events, and reputation management to attract prospects and tenants.

Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Oversee social media channels, including Facebook, to engage prospects and tenants
- Write and optimize website content using SEO best practices
- Manage advertising on Google Ads, Facebook, Groups, and Instagram
- Organize events such as UTK Housing Fairs, Open Houses, and HOA events
- Lead email marketing efforts to promote available properties and services
- Monitor surveys and external reviews to support reputation management
- Handle guest card leads, property showings, and applications to convert prospects into tenants
- Create a digital Handbook with policies and job descriptions in AirMason
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in property management and leasing preferred
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and performance marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Appfolio property management software is helpful
- Creative software experience such as Photoshop, Canva, etc
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with university students
- Smartphone for apps
