Responsibilities

• Extend a warm, respectful welcome to visitors and initiate brief conversations
• Ask guests what they enjoyed most about their trip and offer concise recommendations for dining, shopping, and Waikoloa highlights
• Share practical information about Hawai‘i Island, including beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family activities, and planning tips using approved resources
• Provide eligible offers, promotions, or discounts when available, using approved materials and ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Encourage eligible guests to engage directly to learn more about vacation ownership opportunities
• Schedule appointments for presentations and previews, including mini-vacation packages when applicable, and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
• Enter accurate guest and appointment details into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, with comfort learning new systems

Schedule and Location

This role follows visitor patterns and business needs, with shifts typically between 11:00am and 7:30pm, including weekends and holidays. The position is onsite at Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace in Waikoloa.
