Responsibilities

Extend a warm, respectful welcome to visitors and initiate brief conversations
Ask guests what they enjoyed most about their trip and offer concise recommendations for dining, shopping, and Waikoloa highlights
Share practical information about Hawai‘i Island, including beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family activities, and planning tips using approved resources
Provide eligible offers, promotions, or discounts when available, using approved materials and ensuring accuracy and compliance
Encourage eligible guests to engage directly to learn more about vacation ownership opportunities
Schedule appointments for presentations and previews, including mini-vacation packages when applicable, and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
Enter accurate guest and appointment details into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, with comfort learning new systems

Schedule and Location

This role follows visitor patterns and business needs, with shifts typically between 11:00am and 7:30pm, including weekends and holidays. The position is onsite at Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace in Waikoloa.
