Marketing & Office Coordinator
Job Description
In-house Marketing and Office Coordinator role based in Beaver Dam, WI, on-site only, overseeing marketing campaigns, branding, video content, and office operations across four businesses.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across print, social, email, and website channels
- Collaborate with vendors for printing, mailing, and advertising initiatives
- Track lead sources and measure campaign performance
- Maintain consistent branding across all four businesses
- Capture and produce video content featuring crews and projects for social media use
- Publish and manage content on platforms such as Facebook and others
- Support office operations and internal communications as needed
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and progressing
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience (required)
- Portfolio of past work (required) including social media and/or video content preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Comfort capturing and editing short form video content using phone and simple editing tools
- Adaptable to a fast paced, small business environment

Compensation
- Hourly: USD 22 - 25 per hour
- Annual: USD 45,000 – 52,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- In-office only (no remote work)
