Responsibilities

• Expand and oversee e‑commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon and Wayfair
• Design and execute distinctive customer acquisition campaigns to grow qualified lead volume
• Create and manage email marketing programs, tracking key metrics with support from the creative team, using Constant Contact or MailChimp
• Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google and Microsoft Advertising
• Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or web to identify needs and resolve concerns or route to the appropriate department
• Explain our products and services to customers and demonstrate value
• Other duties as assigned, including serving as back‑up support for the graphics and design team when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred
• 2 to 5 years of related experience or training
