Marketing & E-Commerce Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for both commercial B2B markets and the motorsports sponsorship segment.
• Grow the Shopify based e-commerce channel through targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok.
• Assess and manage partnerships ranging from local businesses and events to international racing teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and partnership ROI to support data driven decisions.
• Administer HubSpot CRM and related marketing activities to bolster lead generation and customer engagement.
• Lead internal designers and external contractors to ensure brand consistency and effective marketing output.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
• Experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
• Experience managing Shopify or a similar e commerce platform.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience managing partnerships and measuring ROI.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong budgeting, organizational, and communication skills.
