Marketing Director

The Marketing Director role at TOTAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES is an onsite position based in Sterling, IL. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and expanding the company’s presence across digital channels and local markets. The compensation range is USD 46,742 to 65,291 per year, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
• Utilize Google Analytics and similar tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Develop creative ad content including copy, graphics coordination, and campaign messaging.
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.
• Represent TCS at public events, trade shows, community functions, and networking events.
• Conduct outreach to new clients, building relationships and increasing brand exposure.
• Support business promotion efforts through strategic networking and local partnerships.
• Assist with the development of promotional materials and social media content.
• Engage with current and potential clients to understand needs and highlight TCS’s services.
• Help build long-term customer relationships that support recurring business and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role; 2–3 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization.
• Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets.
• Ability to design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Comfort collaborating with other employees to confidently complete budgets.
