Job Description

The Marketing Creative Content Specialist will design and produce digital media and marketing collateral for Lucky 7 Casino, manage online properties and digital signage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to preserve brand consistency and ensure timely delivery. This on-site role is based in Smith River, California.

Responsibilities

  • Preflight and adapt designs to specifications, generate proofs, and identify quality issues at every stage of pre-production.
  • Develop and maintain Lucky 7 Casino online properties, including the main website, promotional sites, social media pages, email campaigns, and digital signage systems.
  • Create engaging videos and animations for external displays, kiosks, media players, television ads, YouTube, and the website.
  • Handle design, layout, and production tasks for graphic and content elements using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assess pre-production requirements by reviewing requests, content, and specifications.
  • Serve as the interface between the promotions team and other departments to ensure production execution meets approved specs.
  • Cross-train across departments such as Promotions, Marketing, and IT as needed.
  • Operate Windows-based systems and utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and related tools proficiently.
  • Design and refresh digital signage to reflect the Lucky 7 Casino branding for new and existing media and promotions on a daily to monthly cadence.
  • Collaborate with team members from Marketing, Bingo, and other units to produce print materials and digital displays.
  • Ensure new media deliverables align with marketing objectives and are delivered on schedule.
  • Deliver technically accurate design and production files within established timelines.
  • Uphold consistency of brand identity across all materials.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to initiate and complete projects on time.
  • Provide approximate project value when planning initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Lucky 7 website and digital boards.
  • Process change requests and revisions to promotions and campaigns promptly.
  • Maintain and update the website by adding new products and updating pages as needed.
  • Prepare rough layouts for approval and finalize layouts for web and digital boards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Privilege's Club operations and equipment.
  • Display working knowledge of Oasis Super Playmate, SpeedMedia, and Atrient Kiosk systems.
  • Announce promotions verbally via microphone when needed.
  • Perform administrative duties for the Marketing Department, including managing documents and materials.
  • Additional duties or changes may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in creative media development and interactive design.
  • Experience with complex, dynamic websites and content management systems, with increasing responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, data management systems, and related digital media tools.
  • Prior experience with digital signage or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus experience with professional-grade digital art and photography software.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines change.
  • Basic knowledge of the local area and Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
  • Qualified American Indian preference applies.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

  • Must pass a comprehensive background check for gaming license issuance and retention.
  • Must hold a valid state-issued driver’s license, provide a DMV driving history, and be eligible for Tribal vehicle insurance.
