Job Description

Marketing Coordinator role at Gastroenterology Institute of Orlando to guide marketing strategy, drive patient acquisition, reinforce brand presence, and support practice growth; healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee integrated marketing plans and annual budgets.
  • Coordinate digital channels including website optimization, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage patient feedback platforms.
  • Establish and nurture referral networks with physicians, clinics, and community partners.
  • Plan and execute events, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators and deliver reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with practice growth goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in healthcare or a medical practice; direct medical field experience is required.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong research capability coupled with copywriting to craft messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques and using analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience supporting product management activities, including planning campaigns for product launches.
  • Proven budgeting skills for planning and executing campaigns within allocated resources, with tracking of effectiveness.
