- Plan and execute events, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators and deliver reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with practice growth goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in healthcare or a medical practice; direct medical field experience is required.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong research capability coupled with copywriting to craft messages tailored to target audiences.
- Knowledge of performance marketing techniques and using analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Experience supporting product management activities, including planning campaigns for product launches.
- Proven budgeting skills for planning and executing campaigns within allocated resources, with tracking of effectiveness.
