Marketing Coordinator

This part-time Marketing Coordinator role supports growth across five local The Joint Chiropractic clinics in Valrico through community outreach, social content, and influencer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Joint Chiropractic at local events, community gatherings, and promotional opportunities
• Set up and manage marketing tables at events and explain the services, including what makes The Joint Chiropractic different
• Identify and build relationships with local social media influencers, content creators, and community personalities
• Coordinate influencer visits to clinics and develop promotional opportunities that benefit both parties
• Support authentic video content creation with influencers featuring clinics, chiropractors, and patient experience
• Develop and coordinate local marketing initiatives to increase awareness and generate new patients
• Find and pursue marketing opportunities with businesses, organizations, events, and community groups
• Assist with planning and creating social media content for clinics
• Direct and coordinate staff participation for photos, videos, and other social media needs
• Help maintain a consistent, engaging presence across social media platforms
• Track which relationships, events, and promotions perform well, and expand on what works
• Bring new ideas for increasing local visibility and reaching potential patients
• Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with community partners and influencers
• Travel between all five clinic locations as needed

Requirements

• Outgoing, personable, and able to communicate effectively
• Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, event organizers, influencers, and members of the public
• Active understanding of social media platforms, with emphasis on Instagram and TikTok
• Creative mindset with the ability to recognize engaging content opportunities
• Organized and capable of managing multiple relationships and marketing projects
• Comfortable directing others and getting staff involved in content creation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional and energetic, comfortable representing a healthcare brand in public
• Ability to travel between Brandon, Riverview, New Tampa, Bloomingdale, and Land O’ Lakes
• Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations and local events
• Weekend and occasional evening availability required

Compensation

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
