Job Description

Helen of Troy offers a hybrid, New York based Marketing Coordinator role within the Home & Outdoor division, focusing on the OXO brand. You will collaborate across Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Creative to develop and execute marketing plans, digital and retail campaigns, asset management, and budgeting. The position features a competitive salary range of USD 62,067 to 68,500 per year and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

Location and schedule

Location: New York, NY — Hybrid. The standard hybrid schedule includes in‑office collaboration on Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Updates to this model will be communicated in advance, and eligibility may vary by business needs and manager expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports marketing campaign management across digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Aids in coordinating and delivering physical and digital assets from the creative team to media agencies, retailers, partners, and others.
  • Audits eCommerce and partner campaigns to ensure CLPs, PDPs, banners, emails, social posts, and copy are aligned with briefs and delivered.
  • Tracks performance data for select ad campaigns and maintains a centralized repository of results.
  • Schedules internal and external marketing campaign meetings as needed.
  • Provides digital content support including social media, influencer initiatives, blog posts, and partnerships.
  • Develops influencer outreach lists and assists with influencer mailings, including product shipments and collateral production.
  • Monitors package receipts and tracks social media posts and mentions.
  • Collaborates with social media managers to track campaign performance.
  • Maintains and tracks the OXO marketing budget.
  • Coordinates new vendor setup.
  • Receives vendor invoices, creates and raises purchase orders.
  • Improves and maintains billing tracking and budgeting processes; attends monthly finance meetings to report on budget shifts and updates.
  • Works closely with other marketing team members on tracking budget forecasts versus actuals and issuing accruals as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical background.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis and insights, including financial and marketing data/analytical statistics for consumer insights.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast moving office environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under time constraints.
  • Naturally collaborative and energized by cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of CPG experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
