Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and customer communications aligned with the bank's Strategic Business Plan.
- Develop and refresh marketing materials such as brochures, websites, social posts, lobby displays, newsletters, press releases, and emails.
- Manage the bank’s website, social channels, email marketing, online advertising, and other digital programs.
- Coordinate sponsorships, donations, community events, customer appreciation activities, and local partnerships.
- Support the bank's financial literacy initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with management to gather information, assist with product promotions, and ensure marketing activities align with business needs.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual presence across all communications.
- Submit materials for required review and approval prior to use.
- Track marketing activities, campaign performance, invoices, sponsorships, approvals, and related records.
- Coordinate with vendors, media contacts, printers, agencies, and other external partners as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education or experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, financial services, public relations, or community outreach is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, website tools, and basic design tools.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Remote work and location
This position is based in Weirton, WV and may be eligible for remote work when approved by management. Remote arrangements are not guaranteed and depend on job responsibilities, equipment needs, technology requirements, and business needs.
Travel and work environment
Willingness to travel up to 25 percent is preferred. Work is primarily performed in an office setting using standard equipment; occasional travel to branch locations, community events, vendor meetings, or bank functions may be required. Evening or weekend attendance may be needed.
Compliance and risk management
- Adhere to bank policies and applicable marketing, advertising, privacy, fair lending, and consumer protection requirements.
- Ensure product terms, disclosures, rates, fees, and promotional language are accurate and properly approved.
- Protect confidential information of customers, employees, and the bank.
- Complete required training on time.
Work location and environment
